Wm. Terry Krueger, Senior Managing Partner
Mr. Krueger is a co-founder of Nova Capital Global Markets and is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations. Mr. Krueger has over twenty-five years experience as a global executive in the venture capital and technology fields. At the Internet Partnership Group, a Swiss-based venture capital firm, Terry was a member of both the Executive Management Committee and Investment Committee, and was the formative member that developed the fund’s business model. An innovator in the use of ADR's for foreign investment, he developed the strategy for dual stage funds and led the global Information Management System for 51 portfolio companies. Mr. Krueger also spent several years at Lehman Brothers where, among other things, he was responsible for developing the firm's Global Disaster Recovery Plan, as well as overseeing new technology and communications for the firm. Prior to Lehman, he founded Krueger Consulting, providing communications consulting to international clients in the telecommunications and biometrics industry. Mr. Krueger also served as the President and Chief Information Officer for a NYC film studio raising $18.3 million for the company. Specializing in product launches and branding campaigns, he capitalized and produced 60 broadcast commercials for agencies. Previously, he founded and served as President and CEO of the publicly traded Cheque Alert, Inc., developing encrypted biometric security technologies. After initially raising a private placement for the company, he completed a reverse merger and launched a secondary public offering. He has spoken at numerous seminars and has been extensively interviewed and quoted on radio, television, and the print media. Mr. Krueger attended Ohio State University and New York Law School.
