Linda Cawley, Director, Human Resources

Linda Cawley is responsible for the management of Nova’s human resources, including compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements as well as relevant policies and procedures, reporting directly to the Senior Managing Partners.  Ms. Cawley also leads the recruitment, hiring, and performance management requirements of all Associates of the Firm.   Prior to joining Nova, Ms. Cawley was a corporate recruiter with Michael Page, a renowned global recruiting firm, and other NY based recruiting firms specializing in recruitment for top tier talent in the financial services sector.  Additionally, Ms. Cawley is a candidate for her Masters in Human Resources Management and Development from New York University and she holds a B.S. from Iona College with a major in psychology.  She is also an active member in various human resources professional organizations, including Society of Human Resources Management, HR Alliance, HR/NY, and NY Women’s Agenda.
